Subscription tracker for the US, no bank login

Between streaming, delivery memberships and annual renewals, US subscriptions add up fast and rarely stop by themselves. Subscriptrack builds one list from your receipts and statements, and shows totals in dollars, without Plaid or a bank login.

What Americans tend to lose track of

  • Streaming services added for one show, then left running.
  • Delivery memberships such as DashPass and Instacart+ that renew whether you order or not.
  • Annual memberships, which charge a large amount once a year with little warning.
  • Free trials and promo prices that roll into the full price.
  • App store subscriptions, which appear on your card under Apple or Google and not the app's name.

No Plaid, no bank login

Most US subscription apps ask you to link your bank through a data service. We take a different route. Forward your receipts, connect an Outlook inbox, or upload a PDF or CSV card statement. We read only what you send.

That also means you stay in charge of cancelling. We never touch your accounts or cancel for you. You get the official link and steps, and you decide.

Your right to cancel in the US

There is no federal click-to-cancel rule in force right now. The FTC's 2024 rule was struck down by a federal court in July 2025 on procedural grounds, and the FTC began a new process in March 2026. We found no replacement rule when we last checked.

The Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act still applies. It requires online sellers to disclose terms, get your consent and offer a simple way to stop recurring charges. Some states have their own auto-renewal laws too. Check your state's rules, as this is general information and not legal advice.

Cancel guides for US services

Each guide has the official cancel link and the steps. Annual plans often keep running until the end of the paid year, so check the renewal date in your list.

What it costs in the US

Subscriptrack is free for 14 days with a card, then from £4.99 a month, or £39 a year, or £9.99 once for a 30-day pass. We set prices in pounds, and you can pay in dollars at checkout, where the rate and any conversion fee are shown before you pay. Your list shows totals in dollars. Checkout runs through Link, from Stripe, so your statement shows LINK.COM.

See everything you pay for

Subscriptrack reads your receipts and builds one list of your subscriptions, with renewal reminders and no bank login.

Questions

Does it use Plaid?
No. Subscriptrack never connects to your bank through Plaid or any other service. It reads the receipts you forward, an Outlook inbox if you connect one, and statements you upload.
Which US banks and cards work?
Any bank or card that lets you download a statement as a PDF or CSV. We read the file, so your bank does not need to support us.
Do you negotiate my bills?
No. We show what you pay and how to cancel. We do not negotiate bills, take a share of savings, or cancel for you.
Can I see totals in dollars?
Yes. Choose USD as your display currency, and your monthly and yearly totals show in dollars.
