Rocket Money alternative with no bank login
Rocket Money is a personal finance app that links to your bank accounts. Subscriptrack is a subscription tracker that reads your receipts instead. They suit different people, and here is the difference.

The main difference
Rocket Money asks you to link your bank accounts and works from those transactions. Subscriptrack never connects to a bank. It works from the receipts you forward, an Outlook inbox you connect, or statements you upload.
That also decides who can use each one. Rocket Money's help centre says it is only for users in the US with US banks, so it is not an option if you live in the UK or EU. Subscriptrack does not depend on your bank, so it works in those countries too.
When Rocket Money is the better choice
- You bank in the US and are happy to link your accounts.
- You want a team to cancel subscriptions for you.
- You want budgets, net worth, credit reports and bill negotiation in one app.
When Subscriptrack is the better choice
- You do not want to share your bank login or your full spending history.
- You live in the UK or EU, or your banks are outside the US.
- You want to know what is behind App Store, Google Play and PayPal charges.
- You want a subscription list and nothing else.
What Subscriptrack does not do
It does not cancel subscriptions, negotiate bills, build budgets or show your credit score. A subscription that never sends a receipt will only appear if it is on a statement you upload or you add it by hand.
See everything you pay for
Subscriptrack reads your receipts and builds one list of your subscriptions, with renewal reminders and no bank login.
