Billing questions

What is the 30-day pass?

One payment for 30 days of everything in Pro, with no renewal. It suits a one-off clean-up. Afterwards your list stays available to read and export, while imports and alerts stop.

How am I billed?

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. You get an invoice by email for every charge.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime from the billing page. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. No calls, no forms.

Why is there no app-store price?

Subscriptrack is a web app. There are no App Store or Google Play fees, so the price you see is the price you pay.

What happens after the trial?

We email you 3 days before it ends. After 14 days your card is charged for the plan you chose, unless you cancel first. If you cancel, nothing is charged.

Why do you need a card for the trial?

Each trial runs real AI on your receipts, so a card keeps it to one per person. Nothing is charged during the 14 days, and Stripe holds your card details, not us.
