How to cancel SiriusXM

Cancel directly with SiriusXM. Stopping your card payment does not end the contract, so you could still owe money.

Steps

  1. Direct: Subscriptions tab in Online Account Center, chat or phone. Apple/Google/Roku/T-Mobile billing: cancel with them

Notice period

Apple and Google billing: cancel more than 24 hours before renewal; cancellation then takes effect at end of the billing cycle. Direct-billed notice not stated.

Paying through Apple or Google?

If you signed up in an app, cancel in that store instead: Apple or Google Play.

Before you finish

  • Check your next billing date, so you cancel in time.
  • Keep the cancellation confirmation until after that date.
  • Save or export anything you want to keep from your account.
