How to cancel Virgin Media
Cancel directly with Virgin Media. Stopping your card payment does not end the contract, so you could still owe money.

- Contact Virgin Media by online chat or phone (150 from a Virgin phone, 0345 454 1111)
- Give 30 days notice
- Pay closing bill
- Return equipment
Notice period
30 days notice. Minimum term is normally 24 months; an early disconnection fee may apply. No fee within the 14-day cooling-off period.

- Check your next billing date, so you cancel in time.
