How to cancel Plusnet

Cancel directly with Plusnet. Stopping your card payment does not end the contract, so you could still owe money.

  1. Call Customer Options on 0330 1239 123 or post a request by recorded delivery. If switching provider, the new provider handles it

Notice period

Residential: 14 days notice (business 28). Early termination charge normally applies in a minimum term.

  • Check your next billing date, so you cancel in time.
  • Keep the cancellation confirmation until after that date.
  • Save or export anything you want to keep from your account.
