How to cancel Hyperoptic

Cancel directly with Hyperoptic. Stopping your card payment does not end the contract, so you could still owe money.

Steps

  1. Contact Customer Support by webchat, email, letter or phone 0333 332 1111. Switching via One Touch Switch needs no contact

Notice period

Service ends 30 days after your request (longer period can be requested). Service Termination Fee applies if ended within the minimum period. Free to cancel within 30 days of service going live.

  • Check your next billing date, so you cancel in time.
  • Keep the cancellation confirmation until after that date.
