How to cancel TalkTalk

Cancel directly with TalkTalk. Stopping your card payment does not end the contract, so you could still owe money.

Steps

  1. Check end date in My Account
  2. Contact TalkTalk by live chat, phone or post
  3. Settle final bill
  4. Return equipment within 28 days

Notice period

30 days notice (phone or writing) when outside the minimum term. Early termination charge may apply within the minimum term. Free to cancel within 14 days of order.

  • Check your next billing date, so you cancel in time.
  • Keep the cancellation confirmation until after that date.
  • Save or export anything you want to keep from your account.
