How to cancel Trello

Cancel directly with Trello. Stopping your card payment does not end the contract, so you could still owe money.

Steps

  1. Workspace admin on web: Trello logo
  2. Workspace
  3. Billing
  4. Cancel (bottom of page). Plan ends at billing period end

Before you finish

  • Check your next billing date, so you cancel in time.
  • Keep the cancellation confirmation until after that date.
  • Save or export anything you want to keep from your account.
