How to cancel Asana

Cancel directly with Asana. Stopping your card payment does not end the contract, so you could still owe money.

  1. Billing owner or admin: Admin console
  2. Billing
  3. Plan details
  4. Cancel plan. Paid features last to end of billing period

Before you finish

  • Check your next billing date, so you cancel in time.
  • Keep the cancellation confirmation until after that date.
  • Save or export anything you want to keep from your account.
