How to cancel ClickUp

Cancel directly with ClickUp. Stopping your card payment does not end the contract, so you could still owe money.

  1. Owner or admin: Settings
  2. Billing
  3. Downgrade or Change plan
  4. Cancel plan

Notice period

Terms: annual plans need notice of downgrade or cancellation at least 30 days before the renewal date, or the plan renews for 12 months.

Before you finish

  • Check your next billing date, so you cancel in time.
  • Keep the cancellation confirmation until after that date.
  • Save or export anything you want to keep from your account.
