How to cancel Calendly

Cancel directly with Calendly. Stopping your card payment does not end the contract, so you could still owe money.

Steps

  1. Owner or admin: Billing in Admin Center
  2. Change plan
  3. Upgrade/Downgrade
  4. Select Free
  5. Confirm. Takes effect at cycle end

Before you finish

  • Check your next billing date, so you cancel in time.
  • Keep the cancellation confirmation until after that date.
  • Save or export anything you want to keep from your account.
