How to cancel YNAB

Cancel directly with YNAB. Stopping your card payment does not end the contract, so you could still owe money.

Open YNAB's cancel page

Steps

  1. Log in
  2. Account Settings (app.ynab.com/settings)
  3. Scroll
  4. Cancel your subscription. Or email help@ynab.com. Store buys cancel in the store

Paying through Apple or Google?

If you signed up in an app, cancel in that store instead: Apple or Google Play.

Before you finish

  • Check your next billing date, so you cancel in time.
  • Keep the cancellation confirmation until after that date.
  • Save or export anything you want to keep from your account.
