How to cancel FreeAgent

Cancel directly with FreeAgent. Stopping your card payment does not end the contract, so you could still owe money.

Steps

  1. Top-right menu
  2. Billing
  3. Scroll down
  4. Cancel
  5. Pick reason
  6. Confirm. Needs full access. Apple-billed accounts cancel in Apple settings

Paying through Apple or Google?

If you signed up in an app, cancel in that store instead: Apple or Google Play.

Before you finish

  • Check your next billing date, so you cancel in time.
  • Keep the cancellation confirmation until after that date.
  • Save or export anything you want to keep from your account.
