How to cancel pCloud

Cancel directly with pCloud. Stopping your card payment does not end the contract, so you could still owe money.

Steps

  1. My.pcloud.com
  2. Account avatar
  3. Manage Subscription
  4. Cancel. App Store or Google Play buys cancel in the store

Paying through Apple or Google?

If you signed up in an app, cancel in that store instead: Apple or Google Play.

Before you finish

  • Check your next billing date, so you cancel in time.
  • Keep the cancellation confirmation until after that date.
  • Save or export anything you want to keep from your account.
