How to cancel Backblaze

Cancel directly with Backblaze. Stopping your card payment does not end the contract, so you could still owe money.

Steps

  1. Web console
  2. Computer Backup
  3. Preferences
  4. Delete Backup (email code)
  5. Overview
  6. Delete the unused license. Deletes backup data

Before you finish

  • Check your next billing date, so you cancel in time.
  • Keep the cancellation confirmation until after that date.
  • Save or export anything you want to keep from your account.
