How to cancel Box

Cancel directly with Box. Stopping your card payment does not end the contract, so you could still owe money.

  3. Account Details
  4. Cancel Account (community-posted steps). Or email cancel@box.com

Before you finish

  • Check your next billing date, so you cancel in time.
  • Keep the cancellation confirmation until after that date.
  • Save or export anything you want to keep from your account.
