How to cancel O2

Cancel directly with O2. Stopping your card payment does not end the contract, so you could still owe money.

Steps

  1. Settle overdue charges and device plan
  2. Give notice in My O2 or contact O2
  3. Get PAC (text 65075) or STAC (75075) if switching

Notice period

30 days notice. Early termination charges may apply in a minimum term, including any device plan balance.

Before you finish

  • Check your next billing date, so you cancel in time.
  • Keep the cancellation confirmation until after that date.
  • Save or export anything you want to keep from your account.
