How to cancel giffgaff

Cancel directly with giffgaff. Stopping your card payment does not end the contract, so you could still owe money.

Steps

  1. Turn off auto-renew on your plan
  2. Remove card details and any auto top-up. To leave now, request a PAC or STAC for your new network

Before you finish

  • Check your next billing date, so you cancel in time.
  • Keep the cancellation confirmation until after that date.
  • Save or export anything you want to keep from your account.
