How to cancel EE

Cancel directly with EE. Stopping your card payment does not end the contract, so you could still owe money.

Steps

  1. Switching: get a PAC (text 65075) or STAC (75075), give it to new provider. Otherwise contact EE for a standard disconnection

Notice period

30 days notice even after the minimum term ends; can be requested up to 45 days before term end. Mobile: remaining contract charge applies in a minimum term. Broadband ends 14 days after request, with early cancellation charge if in term.

Before you finish

  • Check your next billing date, so you cancel in time.
  • Keep the cancellation confirmation until after that date.
  • Save or export anything you want to keep from your account.
