How to cancel Financial Times

Cancel directly with Financial Times. Stopping your card payment does not end the contract, so you could still owe money.

Steps

  1. Sign in to your FT account and open My Account
  2. Select the Subscription tab
  3. Select Cancel subscription
  4. To talk through your options first, contact FT Customer Care by live chat or phone

Paying through Apple or Google?

If you signed up in an app, cancel in that store instead: Apple or Google Play.

Before you finish

  • Check your next billing date, so you cancel in time.
  • Keep the cancellation confirmation until after that date.
  • Save or export anything you want to keep from your account.
