How to cancel WW

Cancel directly with WW. Stopping your card payment does not end the contract, so you could still owe money.

Open WW's cancel page

Steps

  1. Use the WW cancellation page or chat; cancellation takes effect at end of the membership month (commitment plans: at plan end)

Paying through Apple or Google?

If you signed up in an app, cancel in that store instead: Apple or Google Play.

Before you finish

  • Check your next billing date, so you cancel in time.
  • Keep the cancellation confirmation until after that date.
  • Save or export anything you want to keep from your account.

See everything you pay for

Subscriptrack reads your receipts and builds one list of your subscriptions, with renewal reminders and no bank login.
