How to cancel Noom

Cancel directly with Noom. Stopping your card payment does not end the contract, so you could still owe money.

Steps

  1. App: profile
  2. Settings
  3. Manage Subscription; or Noom web Subscription Portal
  4. Cancel Subscription; or via App Store/Google Play

Paying through Apple or Google?

If you signed up in an app, cancel in that store instead: Apple or Google Play.

Before you finish

  • Check your next billing date, so you cancel in time.
  • Keep the cancellation confirmation until after that date.
  • Save or export anything you want to keep from your account.
