Cancel directly with The Gym Group. Stopping your card payment does not end the contract, so you could still owe money.

- Cancel in the app or Member Area (my membership); card payers use Live Chat. Membership ends only once confirmed
Notice period
Cancel at least four working days before your billing date to avoid the next payment. 14-day cooling-off right for new members.

- Keep the cancellation confirmation until after that date.
