How to cancel Fitbit Premium

Cancel directly with Fitbit Premium. Stopping your card payment does not end the contract, so you could still owe money.

Steps

  1. Google Store purchases: store.google.com/subscriptions
  2. Google Health Premium
  3. Cancel subscription
  4. Confirm

Paying through Apple or Google?

If you signed up in an app, cancel in that store instead: Apple or Google Play.

Before you finish

  • Check your next billing date, so you cancel in time.
  • Keep the cancellation confirmation until after that date.
  • Save or export anything you want to keep from your account.
