How to cancel Strava

Cancel directly with Strava. Stopping your card payment does not end the contract, so you could still owe money.

  2. My Account
  3. Cancel Subscription

Notice period

Help page says to cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date; you keep subscription features until the end of the current term.

Paying through Apple or Google?

If you signed up in an app, cancel in that store instead: Apple or Google Play.

Before you finish

  • Check your next billing date, so you cancel in time.
  • Keep the cancellation confirmation until after that date.
  • Save or export anything you want to keep from your account.
