How to cancel Rosetta Stone

Cancel directly with Rosetta Stone. Stopping your card payment does not end the contract, so you could still owe money.

Steps

  1. Sign in to your Rosetta Stone account on a computer, as you cannot cancel in the mobile app or on the mobile website
  2. On the top toolbar, select your current learning language, then My Account
  3. Under Your products, select Turn off auto renew
  4. If you subscribed through Google Play or the App Store, cancel through that store instead

Paying through Apple or Google?

If you signed up in an app, cancel in that store instead: Apple or Google Play.

Before you finish

  • Check your next billing date, so you cancel in time.
  • Keep the cancellation confirmation until after that date.
  • Save or export anything you want to keep from your account.
