How to cancel Babbel

Cancel directly with Babbel. Stopping your card payment does not end the contract, so you could still owe money.

Steps

  1. Log in at babbel.com
  2. Select the profile icon, then Profile and settings, then Account Information
  3. Choose your subscription and select Cancel auto-renewal, at the latest the day before it renews
  4. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel in that store instead

Paying through Apple or Google?

If you signed up in an app, cancel in that store instead: Apple or Google Play.

Before you finish

  • Check your next billing date, so you cancel in time.
  • Keep the cancellation confirmation until after that date.
  • Save or export anything you want to keep from your account.
