How to cancel PureGym

Cancel directly with PureGym. Stopping your card payment does not end the contract, so you could still owe money.

Steps

  1. Log in to the Member's Area and cancel before your payment date. Fixed-term memberships need Member Services

Before you finish

  • Check your next billing date, so you cancel in time.
  • Keep the cancellation confirmation until after that date.
  • Save or export anything you want to keep from your account.
