Cancel directly with Norton. Stopping your card payment does not end the contract, so you could still owe money.

  1. Sign in to Norton account
  2. My Subscriptions
  3. Manage Renewal
  4. Unsubscribe next to Plan Renewal
  5. Pick reason
  6. Decline offers

Before you finish

  • Check your next billing date, so you cancel in time.
  • Keep the cancellation confirmation until after that date.
  • Save or export anything you want to keep from your account.
