Cancel directly with Bitdefender. Stopping your card payment does not end the contract, so you could still owe money.

Open the subscription
Cancel Subscription / turn off auto-renewal
End of term

Before you finish

Check your next billing date, so you cancel in time.
Keep the cancellation confirmation until after that date.
Save or export anything you want to keep from your account.
