How to cancel MasterClass

Cancel directly with MasterClass. Stopping your card payment does not end the contract, so you could still owe money.

Open MasterClass's cancel page

Steps

  1. Log in at masterclass.com in a web browser, not the app
  2. Open your profile or account menu and select Settings
  3. In Account Settings, find Membership and select Cancel Membership
  4. Select Cancel Now to confirm
  5. If you subscribed through the iOS App Store or Google Play, cancel in that store instead

Paying through Apple or Google?

If you signed up in an app, cancel in that store instead: Apple or Google Play.

Before you finish

  • Check your next billing date, so you cancel in time.
  • Keep the cancellation confirmation until after that date.
  • Save or export anything you want to keep from your account.
