  1. My.malwarebytes.com
  2. Manage Subscription
  3. Billing & payment
  4. Edit auto-renewal
  5. Turn auto-renewal off. Mobile cancels in the store

Paying through Apple or Google?

If you signed up in an app, cancel in that store instead: Apple or Google Play.

Before you finish

  • Check your next billing date, so you cancel in time.
  • Keep the cancellation confirmation until after that date.
  • Save or export anything you want to keep from your account.
