How to cancel HomeServe

Cancel directly with HomeServe. Stopping your card payment does not end the contract, so you could still owe money.

Steps

  1. Call 0330 0247 002 with your policy number, or write to HomeServe. Turning off auto-renewal does not cancel the policy

Before you finish

  • Check your next billing date, so you cancel in time.
  • Keep the cancellation confirmation until after that date.
  • Save or export anything you want to keep from your account.
