How to cancel HelloFresh UK

Cancel directly with HelloFresh UK. Stopping your card payment does not end the contract, so you could still owe money.

  2. Account settings
  3. Plan Settings
  4. Stop deliveries and give a reason. Do it before the delivery cut-off

Before you finish

  • Check your next billing date, so you cancel in time.
  • Keep the cancellation confirmation until after that date.
  • Save or export anything you want to keep from your account.
