How to cancel Factor Meals

Cancel directly with Factor Meals. Stopping your card payment does not end the contract, so you could still owe money.

Steps

  1. Skip, pause or cancel in account settings before the weekly cutoff; or contact Customer Care

Before you finish

  • Check your next billing date, so you cancel in time.
  • Keep the cancellation confirmation until after that date.
  • Save or export anything you want to keep from your account.
