How to cancel Grubhub+

Cancel directly with Grubhub+. Stopping your card payment does not end the contract, so you could still owe money.

Steps

  1. Cancel in the Grubhub app or at grubhub.com at least 24 hours before the next payment. Amazon Prime perk: unlink accounts on Amazon

Notice period

Cancel up to 24 hours before the next scheduled payment (by 11:59:59 PM ET the day before renewal); benefits last to end of membership period.

Paying through Apple or Google?

If you signed up in an app, cancel in that store instead: Apple or Google Play.

Before you finish

  • Check your next billing date, so you cancel in time.
  • Keep the cancellation confirmation until after that date.
  • Save or export anything you want to keep from your account.
