How to cancel Webflow

Cancel directly with Webflow. Stopping your card payment does not end the contract, so you could still owe money.

Steps

  1. Site settings
  2. Plans
  3. Downgrade to Starter (Site plan). Workspace settings
  4. Plans
  5. Downgrade to Starter. Cancel both to leave

Before you finish

  • Check your next billing date, so you cancel in time.
  • Keep the cancellation confirmation until after that date.
  • Save or export anything you want to keep from your account.
