How to cancel Shutterstock

Cancel directly with Shutterstock. Stopping your card payment does not end the contract, so you could still owe money.

Steps

  1. Account
  2. Plans page
  3. Cancel plan module
  4. Choose cancel at end of term (or cancel early, fee may apply on annual-commitment plans)

Before you finish

  • Check your next billing date, so you cancel in time.
  • Keep the cancellation confirmation until after that date.
  • Save or export anything you want to keep from your account.
