How to cancel Netflix

Cancel directly with Netflix. Stopping your card payment does not end the contract, so you could still owe money.

  1. Sign in
  2. Account
  3. Cancel Membership. If billed via Apple/Google, cancel in that store

Notice period

Help page says you can cancel at any time and keep using Netflix until the end of the billing period.

If you signed up in an app, cancel in that store instead: Apple or Google Play.

Before you finish

  • Check your next billing date, so you cancel in time.
  • Keep the cancellation confirmation until after that date.
  • Save or export anything you want to keep from your account.
