How to cancel Namecheap

Cancel directly with Namecheap. Stopping your card payment does not end the contract, so you could still owe money.

Steps

  1. Hosting List
  2. Manage
  3. Turn off auto-renew and let it expire, or click Cancel service to end now (erases data)

Before you finish

  • Check your next billing date, so you cancel in time.
  • Keep the cancellation confirmation until after that date.
  • Save or export anything you want to keep from your account.
