How to cancel MUBI

Cancel directly with MUBI. Stopping your card payment does not end the contract, so you could still owe money.

Steps

  1. Go to mubi.com/subscription (account Subscription settings) and cancel. App-store subscribers cancel via Apple or Google

Can cancel at any time; any time already paid for is kept.

If you signed up in an app, cancel in that store instead: Apple or Google Play.

Before you finish

  • Check your next billing date, so you cancel in time.
  • Keep the cancellation confirmation until after that date.
  • Save or export anything you want to keep from your account.
