How to cancel Jasper

Cancel directly with Jasper. Stopping your card payment does not end the contract, so you could still owe money.

Steps

  1. Workspace Settings
  2. Plans
  3. Scroll to the bottom
  4. Cancel and follow prompts. If no button, email hey@jasper.ai

Before you finish

  • Check your next billing date, so you cancel in time.
  • Keep the cancellation confirmation until after that date.
  • Save or export anything you want to keep from your account.
