How to cancel Birchbox

Cancel directly with Birchbox. Stopping your card payment does not end the contract, so you could still owe money.

Open Birchbox's cancel page

Steps

  1. Log in to your Birchbox account
  2. Open Manage Subscriptions on your Account page
  3. Select Cancel Subscription
  4. If this month's box is already billed, the cancellation takes effect in the next billing cycle

Before you finish

  • Check your next billing date, so you cancel in time.
  • Keep the cancellation confirmation until after that date.
  • Save or export anything you want to keep from your account.
