How to cancel ABCmouse

Cancel directly with ABCmouse. Stopping your card payment does not end the contract, so you could still owe money.

Open ABCmouse's cancel page

Steps

  1. Open the ABCmouse app, select the profile icon at the top left, then Settings, then Manage My Account
  2. On the Membership Details page, select Cancel Membership and follow the prompts
  3. Check your email for the cancellation confirmation
  4. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel in that store instead

If you signed up in an app, cancel in that store instead: Apple or Google Play.

Before you finish

  • Check your next billing date, so you cancel in time.
  • Keep the cancellation confirmation until after that date.
  • Save or export anything you want to keep from your account.
